How it works
Documents, photos of stickers and data plates, a utility bill. No particular order, no particular format. Files up to 100 MB upload in one go.
It works out what each document is and pulls out what matters: systems and their ages, warranty dates, filter sizes, who your providers are. Long reports read in the background while you carry on.
Anything Eave is confident about is already in place and marked so you can see it came from a document. Every one has an undo.
Anything uncertain waits for you, with the page it came from. Judgment calls, like which inspection findings still apply, are never made for you.
Setup walks through your home in eight short steps: your home, documents, spaces, structure, systems, utilities, appliances, and your plan. You can stop after any of them.
It remembers where you were and picks up there. It lives under Property settings → Update my home, so you can come back in a month, drop in the manual you found in the garage, and carry on.
Upload the inspection report and Eave lists what the inspector found. Keep the items that still need doing, uncheck the ones the seller already fixed, and say why. What's left becomes your first plan, with rough costs, so you're not rediscovering page nine two years from now.
A house you just bought doesn't need a list of everything the last owner didn't do. Eave holds off, and your score starts fresh.
