Eave reads and sorts

It works out what each document is and pulls out what matters: systems and their ages, warranty dates, filter sizes, who your providers are. A long report reads in the background while you carry on.

The clear ones file themselves

When Eave is confident, the item is already in place and marked as read from a document. Each one has an undo.

Anything uncertain waits for you, with the page it came from. Eave never decides a judgment call for you, like whether an inspection finding still applies.

Turn the inspection report into a plan

Upload the inspection report and Eave lists what the inspector found. Keep the items that still need doing, uncheck the ones the seller fixed, and say why. What's left becomes your first plan, with rough costs, so the water heater warning on page nine doesn't surprise you two winters from now.

Nothing is overdue in your first ninety days.

A house you bought last month doesn't need a list of everything the previous owner skipped. Eave holds off, and your score starts fresh.

What should I upload to set up my home?

Whatever you have. The closing folder is the single most useful thing. A utility bill, the appliance manuals, the inspection report, and the hazard disclosure each help on their own, and so does a photo of the data plate on the furnace or water heater. Eave works out what each file is when you drop it in, and if you upload something twice it keeps the copy on file.

How big can a file be?

Up to 100 MB per file, so a full inspection report or a scanned closing packet fits. Every plan includes document storage: 1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Intelligence.

Does Eave decide things for me?

Only when it's confident, only for things you can undo in one tap, and it always shows you what it filed and which page it came from. Which inspection findings still apply is your call, every time.
