Eave does the remembering: what’s due, what’s aging, what it’ll cost.

How Eave works

Capture it once.
Eave remembers — and tells you what’s next.

Every Eave product runs on the same four-step engine, whether it’s your home, a storefront, an HOA, or a church.

01 · Capture

Say it, snap it, or type it.

Whatever’s fastest in the moment. Eave reads a data plate, a receipt, or a rambling voice note and turns it into a structured record — the room, the category, the priority, and a rough cost. No forms, no manual data entry, no deciding where it goes. Typing is free on every plan; voice and photo reading come with Intelligence. Or start with the paperwork you already have. Drop in the closing folder and Eave files what it finds.

02 · Memory

One record that stays put.

Everything attaches to the property instead of scattering across notes and inboxes. Rooms and finishes, appliance models and filter sizes, warranties, the contractor you actually liked, every receipt — still findable two years later, when it’s the only thing you need.

03 · Intelligence

It fills in what you don’t know.

Eave researches the specs behind a model number, the real service interval for your equipment, and what a job should cost in your area. Then it ranks the pile: what needs you this week, what can wait until spring, and the reasoning behind both.

04 · Upkeep plan

A plan, not another list.

A 12-month schedule tuned to your building’s age, systems, and climate. Seasonal prep lands before the season turns, reminders arrive with one-tap actions, and a live Upkeep Score tells you at a glance whether the place is actually being kept up.

How the record fills

The paperwork you kept.
Now in a useful place.

Receipts, warranties, model and serial numbers, service dates — pulled from mail you already have, sorted onto the thing they belong to. You review before it saves.

  • Email receipts & warranties. Connect Gmail and Eave surfaces home purchases, warranties, and contractor threads — read-only, never a store password.
  • Inspection reports & manuals. Upload the PDF; Eave pulls out the systems, ages, and findings and turns them into projects.
  • Nothing saves until you say so. Eave shows you everything it found and you choose what to keep. Your records, your call.

Why we built Eave

Nobody hands you a manual
for your home.

A home is the biggest thing most of us will ever own, and it comes with no instructions. We built Eave because we were tired of the mental backlog: the filter size you can never remember, the warranty you can't find, the repair you keep putting off until it gets expensive.

Eave is the memory we wanted. Capture anything in a few seconds, and it comes back exactly when it matters — with the specs, the schedule, and what to do next.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Eave?

Eave is your building’s memory. Capture anything about the place you own — a home, a business, an HOA, or a church — and Eave remembers it, then tells you what to do next. How it works →

What’s the difference between Eave Residential, Commercial, and Partners?

They’re the three core apps — one for each kind of owner. Eave Residential is for homeowners, whether that’s one home or several. Eave for Buyers is the same app for the stretch before you own one: the search, the escrow, the close. Eave Commercial is for businesses and nonprofits: shops, HOAs and condos, churches and community centers, and small portfolios. Eave Partners is for the pros who help people through a home. Guardian and Pro aren’t separate apps — they’re add-ons that layer onto Eave Residential. Compare on the pricing page →

Is Eave free?

Yes — Eave Residential is free for one home, forever, with no credit card. Eave Intelligence ($2.99/mo) and Multi-Property are optional upgrades, Eave Guardian is coming soon, and commercial editions have their own plans. See full pricing →

Do I need to download an app?

No. Eave runs in any browser at app.eavehome.app — phone, tablet, or desktop. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Getting started →

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes if the closing folder is handy. Drop in the paperwork, Eave reads it and files what it finds, and you review the rest when you have time. Nothing shows as overdue in your first ninety days. You can also skip setup and capture the first thing that’s bugging you. How setup works →

Who is Eave for?

Three kinds of owner, with an app for each. Homeowners use Eave Residential. Businesses and nonprofits — shops, HOAs and condos, churches and community centers, and small multifamily operators — use Eave Commercial. And Eave Partners is for the agents and inspectors who help people through a home.

Is my data private?

Your data is yours. Nothing saves until you review it, it’s stored with row-level security, and you can export or delete everything at any time. Data & privacy →

Can Eave help when I’m buying or selling?

Yes — that’s when it earns its keep. Sellers use Eave to get ready and hand the buyer a documented home. Buyers can start before they’ve found the house: line up every home you’re considering, see what the listing never says, read the seller’s documents, and close into a home that’s already set up.
