Guardian, launching this fall, adds the evidence vault with one-tap insurance and warranty claim packets, a 10-year capex forecast, the carrier-discount checklist, an annual virtual audit review, telemetry fusion for leak, electrical, solar, and thermostat sensors (rolling out), and priority support.
Eave Intelligence is $2.99/month or $24/year. Eave Guardian (launching this fall) is $24.99/month or $199/year. Multi-Property is $7.99/property/month or $69/property/year, and Portfolio (6+ properties) is available by talking to our team. Annual billing is the default across every tier.
