The number

The Upkeep Score is a single 0–100 figure that sits at the top of your home dashboard. It reads three things at once: the projects you have open, the maintenance tasks that are overdue, and the age and systems of your home. Put together, they describe the health of the home as it stands today.

Because it's live, the number moves as your home moves. Close out a project and it ticks up. Let a high-priority repair stall or a seasonal task slip past due, and it drifts down. Nothing about it is generic — two identical houses with different backlogs will show different scores.

A to-do list tells you there's work. A number tells you whether you're winning or losing — and that's the difference between something you glance at and something you act on.
