What Free includes

Everything you need to keep your home's records in one place, with no time limit:

You also get the everyday AI helpers on Free: Quick Capture (type, speak, or snap a photo of a project), photo analysis, document import (inspection reports, manuals, warranties, and insurance pages), Connected Sources including the Gmail receipt scan, "Enrich with AI" on appliances, and shopping-list generation. These run AI but aren't gated by plan — they're only subject to generous daily limits.

Your records stay yours

We gate the intelligence, never your memory. If you cancel Intelligence or a subscription lapses, everything you've entered — projects, appliances, documents, contractors, history — stays exactly where it is. You simply return to the Free feature set. A lifetime purchase never expires. And at every tier, including Free, you can download a full JSON export of everything you own from My Account.
