Sharing your home with your household

Invite a co-owner, a helper, or a house sitter. Who sees what, how access ends, and why there is no per-person charge.

Who you can invite

Co-owner. Can do everything you can. A home always keeps at least one co-owner, and co-owners share the home's plan, so if you have Intelligence, they do too.
Helper. Adds, edits, and ticks things off, without access to billing or membership.
House sitter. Temporary access with an end date that you set.

How to invite someone

Open Property settings → People with access, enter an email, pick the role, and send. They accept the invite and see the same home you do.

Temporary access

For a house sitter, or anyone who needs in for a while, pick one week, two weeks, a month, or a specific date. When the date arrives, access ends on its own.

Removing someone

You can revoke a helper or a sitter at any time from the same card. A co-owner can remove themselves as long as the home still has one.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no per-person charge on any plan.

Quick answers

Does my partner need to pay for Intelligence too?

No. Co-owners share the home's plan. One Intelligence subscription covers the household.

Can a house sitter see my documents?

They see the home you share for as long as you've given them access. It ends at the date you set.

What about my real-estate agent?

That's a different kind of access. Your agent appears under People → Agents and never holds a household role.
