Your 12-month care plan

Your care plan is a rolling 12-month schedule of upkeep for your home, built from what Eave already knows about it. It's here so you don't have to keep the whole year in your head — Eave remembers, and surfaces the right task at the right time.

What it is

The Upkeep Plan lays out seasonal maintenance across the next twelve months, spread so nothing bunches up and nothing gets forgotten. Instead of a generic checklist, it reflects your actual home — its systems, appliances, spaces, and location — so the tasks it suggests are ones that genuinely apply to you.

How it's generated

Eave builds the plan from your home's real profile, not a one-size-fits-all template:

• Your systems and appliances — items in Systems & Appliances and Tools & Materials, along with their maintenance intervals and part specs, feed directly into the schedule.
• Your spaces and inventory — the layout and contents of your home shape which tasks are relevant.
• Your location — Eave pulls public data for your address (climate, freeze dates, rainfall, air quality, and local risk factors) to time seasonal work sensibly. For example, air-quality data helps schedule HVAC filter changes.

Tasks land on your calendar within their proper season, so outdoor work shows up before the weather turns and indoor tasks fall where they make sense.

How it refreshes

The plan isn't static. As your home changes — you add an appliance, import an inspection report, connect a new source, or complete work — Eave folds that in. Reminders that support the plan are regenerated nightly from your home's current state. You can also revisit the Upkeep Plan page any time to see the schedule as it stands today. Nothing is added to your plan without you; suggested upkeep is always something you choose to accept.
