What the free 0–100 home-health score measures and how to move it up.
Your Upkeep Score is a single number, from 0 to 100, that reflects how well your home is being kept up. Think of it as a quick health check for your home. You'll find it on your Home page and on your Upkeep Plan.
The score looks at a few things together and blends them into one number:
You don't need to do anything to turn it on. The Upkeep Score is a free feature, included on every plan.
The score has a floor of 30 and a ceiling of 100, so it won't swing to zero and it won't punish you forever for one busy month.

No. The Upkeep Score is included free, alongside your projects, tasks, appliances, spaces, budget, and contractors.
