Capturing a project by voice or text

Capture is the fastest way into Eave: describe what needs doing the way you'd tell a friend, and the AI turns it into a structured project. No format required.

Step by Step

How to do it

Tap the Capture tab at the bottom of the screen.
Type a description of the project in plain language — or tap the microphone icon and speak it. Don't worry about format; just describe what needs to happen.
Tap "Capture." Eave's AI parses the description and fills in the structured fields.
Review the parsed result: title, room assignment, category, priority, estimated cost, and permit flag.
Edit any field that's off. You can also add notes or change the room assignment here.
Tap "Add to Queue." The project appears in your Intelligence tab, ready for triage.
