Connecting Gmail to auto-find receipts

Connected sources do the record-keeping you'd never do by hand. Access is read-only — Eave can't send or delete anything — and nothing saves to your home's record without your confirmation.

Step by Step

How to do it

  1. Go to Settings → Connected Sources.
  2. Tap "Connect Gmail" and sign in with your Google account.
  3. Grant read-only access when prompted. Eave only reads emails — it cannot send or delete anything.
  4. Eave scans for home-related emails: receipts, warranties, contractor confirmations, appliance purchases.
  5. Detected items appear in your review queue. Tap any item to see the full email context.
  6. Tap "Add to Eave" to save an item, or "Skip" to dismiss it. Nothing saves without your confirmation.
